ASTRO's Most Commonly Used Functions

Copy
Copy or Move File/Folder

COPY/MOVE.

Copy/Move Single File or Folder
Long press file > Press Copy or Move > Navigate to where you want to copy/move the file and press Paste.

Copy/Move Multiple File or Folder

Press Multi button > Click each folder/file you want to copy or move (the name will turn orange > Navigate to where you want to copy/move the file and press Paste.

DELETE.

Delete Single File or Folder. 
Long press the file or folder > Choose delete
> Confirm deletion.

Delete Multiple Files or Folders. 
Press Multi button > Choose files or folders to delete > Press delete
> Confirm deletion.

RENAME.

Long press file > Choose Rename > Change name and click OK.

DRAG FILE.

New to version 3.0 of ASTRO is the Drag function. Just like Windows, it allows you to Drag & Drop files to other locations.

Press the Drag button > Long press the file you want to move > When it turns orange you can move it to the folder you would like it to be moved. (Note: Default option is Move. In Preferences you can change this to either Copy or to Prompt you each time.)

OPEN FILE.

Opening a file is simple with ASTRO. Simply touch the file quickly and if there is a default application associated to open that file it will simply open. If there is no default application set, it will give you a choice of applications installed able to open that application. Choose the app you want to use and it will open.

SEARCH.

Finding a particular file is easy in ASTRO using the built in search function. If you are not sure where you put a file: Press Menu > Search > Type in a name
