BACKUP.

With ASTRO Backup, securely backing up or storing your pictures, music, videos, documents or other files in the cloud has never been easier.

Backing up a single file.  Simply long-press a file and choose Backup. Like we said, it doesn't get easier. 

Backing up multiple files. Press the Multi button, choose all the files you want store in your cloud space and then press Backup. Done.

CLOUD TRASH CAN.

ASTRO's Cloud Trash Can™ is unique to ASTRO. We've gotten lot's of support requests from people in a panic or regretful about deleting an important file. Until now, we couldn't help those people. ASTRO's Cloud Trash Can gives you the peace of mind to clean, organize and free up space on your device without worry; you can always restore those deleted files. Of course if you're sure you want to permanently delete a file, you can delete them from your trash can when you are ready.

Delete a single file.  Simply long-press the file you want and press Delete.

Delete multiple files.  Just like with backing up multiple files, press the Multi button, choose all the files you want to delete, press Delete and then confirm your deletion to your cloud trash.

We made it easy to view all of your content/files in your cloud space. There are two different locations for your files in the cloud. Think of it as a file cabinet with two big drawers: a) files and b) trash. When you Backup, it is to your file storage. When you delete it is to you trash can.

View files in your cloud space. In ASTRO File Manager you will click on the Cloud button. It will present you with two options, Trash or Files. If you want to view the files in your Cloud Trash Can press trash. If you want to view the files in your online storage, press Files.

RESTORE.

You may be out and about and realize that you need that file that is on your other tablet...but you are on your phone. No problem, you can retrieve that file by restoring it from the cloud since you backed it up in your cloud space.

Restore a single file.  In ASTRO File Manager you will click on the Cloud button. Depending on where your file is located, you will either choose Trash (your Cloud Trash Can) or Files (your online storage).

Restore multiple files. Follow the steps above but when you arrive in the folder you want to restore files from, press the Multi button and choose all the files you wish to restore.

*NOTE: Keep in mind that it will always restore your files to the path they were originally uploaded from. Example. If I am using multiple devices and I upload a file from the ASTRO folder on my tablet, if I restore that file to my phone it will restore it to that location. If the ASTRO folder does not exist, it will create that folder for you.
