There are three main ways to navigate through ASTRO: clicking folders, using history, and Bookmarks.

Click on a folder will show the contents of that folder. To navigate to the parent of the current folder, click the Up button in the Toolbar or click the Back button on your phone. You can also click Menu / Navigation / Up Directory. Note that the back button servers a dual purpose. It will try to go to the previous directory in the history (explained below) first. If there is no previous directory in the history then the back button will navigate to the parent directory.

ASTRO automatically keeps a history of the recent directories you navigated to, making it easy to move between directories, even if they are not in the same path. Use the history keys in the Toolbar to navigate through the history. Click the Previous button (left arrow) to go to the previous directory in the history and the Next button (right arrow) to go to the next directory in the history. You can also click Menu / Navigation / Previous or Next.

Favorite directories can be bookmarked for easy access. To create a bookmark, long click on the directory and select Bookmark. To view the list of bookmarks, click Menu / Bookmarks or the Bookmarks button in the Toolbar.
